Governance Activist David Kapoma
Governance Activist David Kapoma has called on government to tell the nation how much money it has received through donations towards containing the Cholera outbreak.
Mr. Kapoma says for the sake of transparency, it is imperative that the government tells the nation how much it has received, how much has been used so far and how much is remaining.
He has since appealed to President Edgar Lungu to instruct the ministry of finance to give a comprehensive expenditure report to the Zambian people.
