YALI advises PF Members to respect internal structures

The Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) has advised the ruling patriotic front (PF) party members to respect internal structures which have been established within the party to resolve disputes

YALI Governance Advisor Isaac Mwanza says he has been disappointed with suspensions and confusion which has characterized the party because of selected individuals who do not respect party structures.

Mr. Mwanza says some party members should be mature enough settle disputes internally before  washing their dirty linen in public.

He has also advised senior party officials to listen to their members grievances so that they may all move forward in unity.
