PF has failed to manage agric sector – UPPZ

United, Prosperous and Peaceful Zambia (UPPZ) President Charles Chanda says in as much as the PF Government has recorded some successes in other sectors, it has lamentably failed to manage the agriculture sector.

Mr. Chanda says Zambians should expect a disaster during the 2017/2018 farming season.

He says it is worrying that even now in the month of January; government has not finished distributing farming inputs to the farmers.

He wonders why President Edgar Lungu has kept the Agriculture Minister even when she has failed farmers across the country.

Mr. Chanda says by now, the farmers should have had everything in their possession but that this is when they have intensified distribution exercise.
