The Civil Society Constitutional Agenda (CISCA) says the PF Government has performed poorly with regards constitutional reforms in the ending year 2017.

The agenda has also observed that 2017 has been a peaceful year as compared to last year.

CISCA Chairperson Bishop John Mambo tells QTV News that despite the government being aware of the fact the republican constitution is problematic; less effort has been applied by those in authorities.

Bishop Mambo says more efforts are needed next year in terms of refining the supreme law of the land.

Meanwhile Bishop Mambo says former National Planning Development Minister Lucky Mulusa has received a very painful Christmas gift by being fired for being an honest leader.

He says it is unfortunate that leaders in Africa who do not agree with the appointing authorities end up losing their jobs like Mr. Mulusa.
