Mulobezi Member of Parliament Alfred Mandumbwa says agro-dealers in his constituency have started receiving farming inputs.
Mr. Mandumbwa however complains that farmers have not yet started receiving inputs because their e-voucher cards have not yet been activated.
He laments that this is when the district commissioner in the area has started ferrying farmers to go and collect their cards.
He has joined other stakeholders suggesting that the country should forget about a bumper harvest in 2018.
