The Jesuit center for theological reflection (JCTR) has urged government not to ignore calls by stakeholders to fire all chief executive officers in all non-performing parastatal companies.
JCTR’s executive director fr. Emmanuel mumba says government should look into the operations of the Zambia consolidated copper mines investment holdings (ZCCM-IH) and other non performing parastatals and make complete overhauls.
Fr. Mumba says positions in the companies should be performance based and those who underperform should be replaced.
