MMD faction leader Dr. Nevers Mumba says Zambia will continue retrogressing if corruption is not seriously fought.
Dr. Mumba says given an opportunity to rule the country, he will ensure there is Zero tolerance to corruption.
He adds that he would institute a forensic audit to ensure that whoever has stolen whatever belongs to the Zambian people pays back.
Dr Mumba states that all the money which has been stolen should be ploughed back into limping sectors.
