The Patriots for Economic Progress (PeP) has expressed concern with the lack of clear objectives for the dialogue that Commonwealth Special Envoy Professor Ibrahim Gambari is purported to be facilitating in Zambia.

PeP President Enock Tembo has challenged Professor Gambari to tell the Zambian people the list of objectives that this dialogue is aimed to achieve.

Mr. Tembo says depending on what the objectives of the dialogue are, his party will then determine whether they are an interested party to the dialogue and whether they will also like to meet the Commonwealth Special Envoy.

He has also advised the Commonwealth Special Envoy that he needs to tread carefully when navigating the local political landscape.

He states that he must desist from creating an elite club of the two main political parties to the exclusion of all other political players.
