The ruling patriotic front has dispelled reports that the party is rapidly losing popularity and will lose in 2021 general elections as alleged by former Copperbelt Minister Mwenya Musenge.
Recently Mr. Musenge says the patriotic front will not survive beyond 2021 unless the party reverses its adoption of president Lungu as its sole candidate.
Pf deputy Secretary General Mumbi Phiri says the ruling party has not lost ground stressing that the patriotic front remains the strongest party in Zambia.
Ms. Phiri says it is wishful thinking those claiming that the party has lost popularity following the expulsion of roan member of parliament and former Copperbelt minister Mwenya Musenge.
