LAZ urged to put its house in order

New Congress Party Leader Pastor Peter Chanda has advised LAZ to put its house in order if judicial reforms are to be achieved.

He says the way LAZ is handling matters in this country is worrying hence the need for association to put its house in order.

Pastor Chanda has reminded the law association of Zambia that the association was established by an act of parliament to carry out its work objectively.

He says it is the associations responsibility to interpret the laws in the constitution properly for the sake of public interest than concentrating much on the negatives.

Pastor Chanda says the fact that LAZ emanated from an act of parliament, it has a fundamental call to represent both the government and members of the public.
