Lubinda says all pieces of legislation will be in line with the 7th NDP

JUSTICE Minister Given Lubinda says his ministry will ensure that all pieces of legislation various ministries come up with are in conformity with the 7^th National Development Plan.

Mr Lubinda tells Q-News that this is one of the reasons why the 7NDP was formulated with the participation of all government ministries.

He says it is with this background that his ministry has a mandate to ensure that the vision and the objectives of the 7NDP are met.

The minister has also stated that his ministry will do so by ensuring that all policies and pieces of Legislation are in conformity not only with the constitution, but with the spirit of the 7NDP.

Mr. Lubinda has since assured Zambians that the goals enshrined in the Plan will be executed effectively within the five year mandate, with proper coordination from various government ministries whose objectives are aligned towards that.
