Ghanaian President opens 53rd ZITF

Visiting Ghanaian President Nana Akufor Addo has observed the need for African countries to promote value addition in order to create the much needed jobs on the continent.

The visiting Ghanaian Head of State said this in Ndola when he officially opened the 53rd Zambia International Trade Fair.

President Addo was accompanied to Ndola by President Edgar Lungu and Commerce Minister Margret Mwanakatwe.

President Addo says there is also need for African counties to add value to human capital as this remains a key to prosperity on the continent.

He says Africa has the capacity to construct a new era of prosperity which can benefit the people of Africa.

He adds that the continent must strive to providing every child with skills that will make them realize their full potential.
