Western Province Minister Nathaniel Mubukwanu says it is fallacious and an exaggeration for anyone to say Zambia has become a dictatorship nation.
Mr. Mubukwanu has told QFM News in an interview that Zambia is a fully flagged democratic country, which is envy of the region and beyond Africa.
He has explained that by design the Zambian constitution demands that every after five years people should go to elections and choose their leaders.
The provincial minister adds that in 2016 the country held an election where people chose whom they wanted to lead them.
Mr. Mubukwanu states that those that are crying for dialogue should indicate what they want to dialogue over and government will listen.
He notes that the church mother bodies that participated in monitoring the elections and gave a report that the elections were free and fair.
