PF still enjoys a cordial relationship with the Church- Chanda

The ruling Patriotic Front (PF) says it has not closed its doors to the church as a chief mediator in dialogue in view of the slamming statement against the party by the church.

PF Media Director Sunday Chanda says the party still considers the church as the chief mediator, therefore the door for the church to engage the ruling party on any matter remains open.

Mr. Chanda says despite the church labeling President Lungu a dictator, the party still considers the church as a partner in national development.

He adds that the PF still enjoys a cordial relationship with the Church.

Mr. Chanda states that the church is therefore welcome to approach the party on any issue of national importance such as initiating the much talked about political dialogue.
