Christians Against Poverty in Zambia (CAPIZ) has observed that the high unemployment levels in the country are causing much pain and anger in the lives of many people as prices of essential commodities keep going up.

CAPIZ Founder Evangelist Gregory Chileshe notes that many people who are working and earning a minimum wage are struggling to meet basic cost of living.

Evangelist Chileshe notes that Zambia is seriously in poverty, and that a big amount of work in the short term needs to be done by government.

He has also noted the high number of people who are out of employment or only have a few hours of work per week, working almost for nothing.
