Kagame eulogizes FTJ,Mwanawasa & Sata

Rwanda’s President Paul Kagame this afternoon laid wreaths on the graves of the three former Zambian presidents Fredrick Chiluba, Levy Mwanawasa and Michael Sata at presidential burial site at memorial park in Lusaka.

Mr. Kagame was accompanied by Zambia’s Commerce, trade and Industry Minister Margret Mwanakatwe and other senior government officials  from both Zambia and Rwanda. eulogises

Mr. Kagame arrived in the country this morning for a two day state visit aimed at strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries.

And speaking shortly after he laid the wreaths, Mr. Kagame said the presidential burial site is not just a good historic tourist attraction, but a source of great memories for the three gallant leaders who are buried there.

He said the burial site is of great significance not only to Zambia, but the entire African continent as the three late presidents served the Africa continent.
