Lusaka city council acting public relations manager Brenda Katongola has expressed concern over the high numbers of women being found in drinking places in late hours of the night.

Ms Katongo has told Q TV news in an interview that it is very unfortunate to note that the council during its operations has had to apprehend a number of pregnant and breast feeding women who are being found in bars in the late hours of the night.

Mrs. Katongo has stressed the need for women in the country to set good morals and uphold them for the sake of the future generation.

She has observed that good morals for women in the country are degenerating over the years, a situation that should not be allowed to continue.

She has since appealed to parents and guardians to inculcate the spirit of good morals in their children especially females as they grow up.
