The Zambia national team will face Gabon today

The Zambia national team will face Gabon today in an international friendly match in Libreville.

Coach Wedson Nyirenda has carried a squad comprising local players with his eyes on the Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Mozambique next Saturday in Ndola and also the Cosafa Castle Cup billed for this month end.

The team is also without Zanaco and Zesco United players who have continental engagements but will be available for the 2019 Africa Cup match against Mozambique.

Nyirenda has been working with local players in the last few months having the African Nations Championship in frame and also the Cosafa.
