UPND MPs living in fool’s paradise – Govt Chief Whip

Government Chief Whip Richard Musukwa says UPND Members of Parliament are living in a fool’s paradise to expect the inauguration of another Republican President.

Mr. Musukwa says UPND MPs should come to reality and accept that President Edgar Lungu has already been inaugurated as Zambia’s President.

Mr. Musukwa tells QTV that another inauguration of the Republican President can only take place after the 2021 general election.

He says this also entails that between now and then, what is expected of all Zambians, is to get to work as opposed to hoping for thinks that cannot happen.

Mr Musukwa says UPND Members of Parliament should in this case realize that Zambians are now looking forward to seeing the PF government deliver on its 2016 campaign promises.
