Lungu’s acknowledgement of governance gaps is good – Chipenzi

Electoral Expert McDonald Chipenzi says it’s good that President Edgar Lungu has finally acknowledged the gaps that exist in Zambia’s governance system.

Mr. Chipenzi says failure to address these GAPS; the nation will have challenges in improving and strengthening its governance system.

He says acknowledgment of the existence of gaps in the governance system will help President Lungu and the nation to settle some of the political wrangles that exist.
