Water Development, Sanitation and Environmental Protection Minister Lloyd Kaziya
Water Development, Sanitation and Environmental Protection Minister Lloyd Kaziya says government has put in place mechanisms to avert the outbreak of diseases during the current rain season.
Mr. Kaziya has told QTV News that government has come up with various programs to sensitize the communities to boil water before drinking saying this has yielded results.
Mr. Kaziya says the nation has reduced cases of diseases during this rainy season as evidenced with statistics.
He says this is a clear indication that government’s efforts in this area are working and bearing fruits.
