Opposition United Prosperous and Peaceful Zambia (UPPZ) President Charles Banda has raised concern over some recent agreements the government has entered into with some countries.

Mr Chanda has cited the signing of 19 Memorandum of Understandings between Zambia and Morocco during the recent visit by King Mohammed VI as some of the agreements that raise concern.

He has also cited the awarding of 340,000 hectares of land to Chinese investors for a farming block in Central province as another source of concern.

Mr Chanda has told QTV News that government should tell the Zambian people how these agreements it has signed will benefit them.
