Dr. Mutesa notes that this is besides the country inculcating values in young people that corruption does not pay.

In an interview with QTV News, Dr. Mutesa says President Edgar Lungu’s statement that he finds it difficult to work with corrupt people is half the corruption battle won.

Dr. Mutesa states that the next step is bringing the culprits of corruption to book after thorough investigation and following the due course of the law.

He says people thinking President Lungu is giving lip service to corruption should take cognizance that for him to act he must have concrete evidence.
