RTSA urged to implement resolution of safety indabas

The Road Transport and Safety Agency (RTSA) has been called upon to implement to the latter resolutions made during road safety indabas the country has been holding.

Former Transport Minister

William Harrington

Former Transport and Communication Minister William Harrington is concerned that the country does not seem to be implementing resolutions of such important gatherings.

Mr. Harrington is of the view that it will be pointless for government to continue wasting time and resources in facilitating the holding of such meetings if resolutions are not implemented fully.

In an interview with Qfm News, Mr. Harrington says for as long as resolutions of such meetings will continue not being implemented, safety on the Zambian roads will not improve.

Mr. Harrington has since challenged the RTSA to publish an action taken report on resolutions made from the first road safety indaba in the country.
