Govt explains Lungu’s recent trip to SA

Government says President Edgar Lungu’s recent to trip to South Africa is part of the strides being made to open Zambia’s potential to export to that Country.

Foreign Affairs Minister Harry Kalaba says such trips as President Lungu undertook to South Africa are meant to enhance interaction between that Country’s chamber of commerce to that of Zambia.

Mr. Kalaba says it is through such interactions government envisages best practices would be borrowed and implemented in Zambia.

He states that government sees great potential in Zambia exporting the honey produced from Kabompo to South Africa.
