Opposition advised against politicizing Agric reforms

Opposition political parties have been advised against politicizing the reforms government is introducing in the Agriculture sector.

Former Agriculture Deputy Minister Maxas Ng’onga says measures meant to improve the Agriculture sector should not become a political subject for debate.

Mr. Ng’onga says any Zambian whether in opposition or in the ruling party agrees by now that the key to improving the Zambian economy lies in Agriculture.

He says there is need for the opposition to support government’s resolve of ensuring that resources are put in the right place to enable the agriculture sector grow
