The Republican Progressive Party (RPP) has filed a complaint with the Judicial Complaints Commission over the process of liquidating the Post Newspapers.
RPP President James Lukuku suspects that the liquidation of the Post Newspaper is politically motivated championed by individuals who want to satisfy the requirements of the government.
Mr. Lukuku contends that the rules of justice were not followed in liquidating the newspaper.
He has since called for the establishment of an extra-judicial hearing in respect of the liquidation of the Post Newspaper to accord him an opportunity to present the full evidence detail and reason.
