The ruling PF has advised people pressuring President Edgar Lungu to fire alleged corrupt Ministers in his government to realize that they are pushing an open door.

PF Deputy Spokesperson Frank Bwalya says President Lungu has already made it clear to the nation that he will not condone corruption in any form in his government.

Mr. Bwalya says it is therefore uncalled-for and unnecessary for anyone to pressure President Lungu on issues that he has already made a resolve.

In an interview with QTV News Mr. Bwalya says this is especially that when he made the pronouncement to fire corrupt Ministers he was not forced by anyone to do so.

Mr. Bwalya says this means that President Lungu should not be expected to move at the pace that some people want him in cleaning up the government of all corrupt elements.

He states that President Lungu already knows the people that are wanting and he will act on his own pace.
