Finance Minister Felix Mutati says the success of the 2017 national budget depends on hard work.
Mr. Mutati says this is especially when all stakeholders accept the fact that the Zambian economy is going through a hard time.
Speaking last night during a Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZiCA) 2017 budget analysis dinner last night in Lusaka Mr. Mutati says there are issues that making the Country’s economy to go through difficult times.
Mr. Mutati says this is why government has set out five pillars for economic recovery.
He says government in these pillars is emphasis on economical and fiscal accountability.
