Forth Revolution President Eric Chandra says President Edgar Lungu should not just make empty threats but go a step further in cracking a weep against ministers cited in the latest Auditor General’s Report.

And Mr. Chanda says it was going to be better for all the ministers and other controlling officers cited in the 2015 Auditor General’s Report to step aside in order to pave way for proper investigations.

Mr. Chanda says the people of Zambia are not interested in the empty pronouncements but that what they want is action coming from the Head of State.

He says though the president must be commended for coming out strong on erring ministers, it is also important that he advises the affected ministers to step aside for the investigative wings to do their work efficiently.

Mr. Chanda says the President has warned enough on corrupt ministers but that no single action has been seen taken by him to take a weep on all corrupt ministers.
