The ruling PF has charged that President Edgar Lungu will not be to blame if some parts of the Country remain underdeveloped.

The ruling PF has urged people of Southern, Western and Northwestern provinces to blame their Members of Parliament instead.

PF Deputy Spokesperson Frank Bwalya says this is because MPs of these Provinces have decided to stay away from the business of Parliament as evidenced by their boycott of Friday’s proceedings.

Mr. Bwalya has wondered how the three Provinces should expect to have a fare share of the national cake if their representatives do not take part in decision making of Parliament.

He says as far as the ruling PF is concerned any MPs that boycott the proceedings of Parliament do not in fact want development to be delivered in their areas.
