Political Scientist Dr. Alex Ng’oma has observed that the ministerial appointments President Edgar Lungu has made so far are an indication that he wants to transfer leadership skills to the young generation.
Dr. Ng’oma says the Head of State is trying to balance between the old and young generation in his Cabinet appointments meaning that he wants the young generation to be equipped with leadership skills.
He tells QTV News via telephone that the president is also trying to have an inclusive Cabinet with more women.
Dr. Ng’oma has however, encouraged the crop of young people appointed by President Lungu not to let him or the people of Zambia down.
