In an interview with Qfm News by telephone, Mr. Milupi has observed that the Judiciary has earned itself a bad name following the manner it handled the presidential election petition.

He adds that the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) and the Zambia Police are the other institutions whose dignity and integrity also need to be restored.

Mr Milupi further notes that the civil service equally needs its integrity and professionalism restored.

He says this entails there is a lot of work that needs to be done by President Lungu in addition to getting the Zambian economy going.
