FODEP welcomes Lungu’s corruption fight

The Foundation for Democratic Process (FODEP) has welcomed President Edgar Lungu’s commitment to the fight against corruption during his five year term of office.

FODEP Programs Officer Richard Mulonga says it is good that the President during his inauguration speech acknowledged that corruption is hindering development in the country.

Mr. Mulonga says corruption takes the country backward hence the need for the President to prioritize the fight against the vice.
