Zambia’s economy still strong – PF

The ruling PF has refuted assertions that the Zambian economy is at the verge of collapsing.

The PF says the sense it is getting is that the Country’s economy has in fact become resilient under the leadership of President Edgar Lungu.

PF Deputy Spokesperson Frank Bwalya says his party thinks that it is clear for anyone to see that the Zambian economy is still experience robust growth.

Mr. Bwalya states that this is a sign that the PF government is committed to improving the performance of the Country’s economy.

He says this means that the PF government’s desire to achieve higher growth and contain fiscal deficits has not changed.
