The ruling PF has been advised against provoking opponents as they celebrate Tuesdays’ inauguration ceremony of President-elect Edgar Lungu.

Independent Churches of Zambia (ICOZ) Board Chairperson David Masupa is urging members of the ruling PF to be peaceful in their celebrations.
Bishop Masupa has counseled members of the ruling party to recognize the rights of the those who voted for other candidates in the August 11th general elections.
He thinks that such people whose candidates lost the elections should not be disturbed.
Bishop Masupa states that the Church on its part will continue praying for the Country and all leaders so that they can promote peace and unity among the people.
