Political analyst Dr. Alex Ng’oma has strongly advised the UPND Leadership against making irrational decisions that may further heighten the tension in the country, following the dismissal of the presidential petition by Constitutional Court.

Dr. Ng’oma says the decision by UPND president Hakainde Hichilema to take the dismissal of his petition to the Lusaka High Court for interpretation of the bill of rights may create more anxiety in the minds of many Zambians.
He says the UPND leader is fully aware that he cannot take the matter to a lower court when it was determined by the Constitutional Court.
DR Ng’oma says what the UPND Leader should be doing now is to start preparing for the 2021 general election.
