NAREP advocates for oneness

The opposition National Restoration Party (NAREP) says it is unacceptable for political players to continue viewing each other as enemies.

NAREP vice president Charles Maboshe says political party leaders should be in the forefront promoting peace and unity in the country.

Mr Maboshe has told FM News by telephone that leaders at this point are expected to show leadership by showing the people that they are in politics to offer a service and not to bring division.

Mr. Maboshe says now is also the time for all leaders to sit down and see how the ambiguities that are in the current constitution can be addressed.

He notes that there are so many challenges encountered during the just ended elections which should be addressed by stakeholders instead of fighting each other.
