ConCourt has put Zambia on a test – Wina

Freedom Fighter Sikota Wina says the presidential election petition dismissed by the Constitutional Court had put Zambians on the test of maturity and calmness.

Mr. Wina, who is also United Freedom Fighters of Zambia Chairperson, has told QTV News that it is gratifying that Zambians have passed that test of maturity and calmness.

He says, as a Freedom Fighter, he is pleased that Zambians exhibited a level of maturity from the time the petition was filed in the Constitutional Court.

Mr. Wina states that it is now time for Zambians to forget about the outcome of both the elections and the presidential petition and face the future with determination.

He notes that while it might be a difficult situation for some people, it is imperative that people move forward as one in order to protect the country’s peace.
