The Zambia Center for Inter Party Dialogue (ZCID) has disclosed that it has plans to hold an urgent inter party dialogue meeting with all political party leaders following the outcome of the presidential petition filed in the constitutional court by the opposition UPND.

ZCID Executive Director Horrance Chilando has told QTV News that there is need to engage politicians in dialogue following the outcome of the petition in order to promote unity.
He says this is considering the acrimony that has resulted from the recent elections.
Mr. Chilando is hoping that politicians will attend the planned meeting so that an amicable solution is reached to resolve the standoff that has emerged as a result of the elections.
