ADD President Charles Milupi
Alliance for Democracy and Development (ADD) President Charles Milupi is shocked by Constitutional Court’s decision to dismiss the presidential petition filed by the UPND.
Mr Milupi says he does think justice was done by the Constitution Court without hearing the petition.
In an interview with Qfm News, Mr. Milupi says the ADD is of the view that the Constitution Court has left Zambians with a sour test in the mouth by its decision.
Mr. Milupi has wondered how an ordinary citizen can now think of getting Justice from Judiciary when justice has been denied at presidential level.
He states that the manner in which the Court has handled the presidential election petition also raises questions as to whether indeed the Judiciary is corruption free.
