Lungu,Wina swearing -in set for 13th September

Secretary to the Cabinet Rowalnd Msiska says the inauguration of President-elect Edgar Lungu and Vice president-elect Inonge Wina will be sworn-in on Tuesday,13^th September,2016 at the National Heroes Stadium in Lusaka.

This follows the dismissal of the presidential petition filed by UPND president Hakainde Hichilema challenging the re-election of president Lungu.

In a statement made available to QFM News, Dr Msiska says Cabinet office will therefore proceed to prepare for the inauguration of the president-elect and the vice president-elect.

Dr Msiska adds that all the Committees involved in the organization of the function have been activated accordingly.
