Muyembe encourages next govt to embrace collective bargaining

FFTUZ Vice President Albert Muyembe

Federation of Free Trade Unions of Zambia (FFTUZ) Vice President Albert Muyembe says there is need for incoming government to embrace collective bargaining when dealing with labour matters.

Mr. Muyembe says the incoming government should also focus on alleviating the challenges the Zambian workforce faces.

He says workers should be motivated if positive results are to be recorded in most sectors of the economy.

Mr. Muyembe states that government should ensure that all the concerns raised more especially by unions in the country are given the full attention so as to improve the working conditions of workers.
