Ms. Wina says attaining the status of a world champion is no easy task, but a culmination of determination, focus, discipline, dedication and hard work.

She however, notes that for more women and girls to participate and excel in sport, there is need for increased sponsorship from the corporate world.

Ms. Wina has since called on the corporate world and other well wishers to emulate Oriental Quarries in sponsoring women and girls in sport.

And First Lady Esther Lungu has encouraged Catherine never to give up on getting a good education, to be prudent in the use of her finances and to put God first in all she does.

And Catherine has thanked government for the support that she has been getting from the time she started her boxing career.
