Dr. Alex Ng’oma
Political scientist Dr. Alex Ngoma says has observed the need for Zambians to agree on when the referendum can be held alone.
Dr. Ngoma, who is also a lecturer at the University of Zambia (UNZA) in the school of social sciences, notes that Zambians should not be afraid to use resource on projects such as the referendum as it benefits the majority citizens.
Dr. Ngoma says there is need for the general public to be sensitized adequately for the referendum to pass.
He also notes that there is need for every Zambian to show interest in the referendum as it is of benefit to the general public and not the politicians.
Dr. Ngoma says Zambians must learn to be patriotic and participate in the affairs of the country instead of criticizing everything.
