It is possible to establish funds Ministers owe- Chifungula

Former Auditor General Anna Chifungula says it is possible to establish how much former ministers used during their illegal stay in office.

Dr. Chifungula says all expenses are documented ranging from travel costs, allowances and many other benefits that the former ministers earned.

She notes that huge amounts of money have been spent on ministers considering the high rates for ministers whenever they are travelling.

Dr Chifungula says it is however important that Zambians know how much was spent on the former ministers so that the money is returned.
