The Tribunal instituted to investigate alleged misconduct of suspended director of public prosecutions Mutembo Nchito has completed its sitting.
The tribunal has since handed over its findings of the investigations to President Edgar Lungu this morning.
Chairperson Annel Silungwe submitted the recommendations to president Lungu in a short speech.
And President Lungu upon receiving the report of the tribunal assured the nation that the will be transparent in the justice.
He says this would be done expeditiously
Justices Annel Silungwe, Justice Ngulube and Justice Ernest Sakala were members of the tribunals while Justice Mathew Zulu was their Secretary.
