UPND leadership urged to take action against erring cadres

The opposition UPND leadership has been called upon to come on openly and condemn the alleged beating of a PF sympathizer in Southern Province.

A PF Group called Zambia for Jesus is concerned that the opposition UPND is shading blood just to get into office saying this should be condemned.

In a walk in interview with QFM News today, Zambia for Jesus Information Secretary Moses Silungwe says it is shocking that the UPND leadership which claims to be a champion of democracy has kept quiet after almost three PF sympathizers have been violently attacked in different parts of the country in the space of one week and the UPND leadership is quiet.

Mr. Silungwe says the PF is not a weak party but that they are just practicing restraint, retreat and abiding by the peace accord signed by President Edgar Lungu as prepared by the Electoral Commission of Zambia.
