AVAP calls for impartiality from international electoral observers

_{AVAP Executive Director Richwell Mulwani says this is considering that elections in the country tend to evoke emotions.}

_{He says it is therefore important that election observers demonstrate absolute impartiality in the discharge of their duties without being influenced in anyway.}
