ZYAFAC happy with campaigns

Zambia Youths Association in the Fight against Corruption (ZYAFAC) is happy that no major incidences of electoral corruption have been recorded so far in the ongoing campaigns.

ZYAFAC Acting Executive Director Maurice Malambo says this shows that people are refraining from acts of corruption.

Mr. Malambo has since urged candidates in next month’s elections to stay away from corrupt activities.

He states this considering the number of seats nullified on account of corruption during the last elections.

Mr Malambo says the nullification of seats in the past due to corruption should serve as a lesson to those taking part in the forthcoming elections to desist from engaging corrupt activities.
